Always so elegant in your phrasing, JB. Sorry for bailing on you and HB for the game today.

Anyways, I think of any time that this could have happened to Jordan, now was the best time for it to happen; while he was still relatively unknown outside of the Braves world. Hopefully everything gets sorted out and he can regroup. I agree we all want to hear the whole story, but does anyone think we ever really will?

Ashley, you're right about a few things:

A) Total tool. He looks like a reject from New Kids on the Block auditions.
B) I think we all want to hear the rest of the story. I don't know that I need to hear it as to absolve him or not. Just curious as to what the situation was.
C) I don't think this suspension has to be that big of a set back for Jordan. He's young, he's hopefully learned his lesson, and he's got a lot of season left in 2008 to make waves.

Oh and by the way, yes, I thank God for double headers but I like REAL double headers. These day-night things travesties are insulting to true fans. If you're going to make it to a 1pm game on a work day you deserve to see a second ball game right after without having to pay again or leave and come back.

Anyway, great post on JS.
